As a qualified Transformational Life Coach, Sarah provides an open, non-judgmental, and confidential space to focus on your thoughts, challenges, and goals.

 

Her coaching style will help you explore your personal beliefs and values and how these are shaping your behaviour and your experience of life.

Sarah can also integrate her knowledge of mindfulness and

creative visualisation to provide a safe space to relax, find your calm and think more clearly.

 

You will embark on a journey of self-exploration which can give you greater self-awareness, and deeper understanding of your Self.

This will provide the foundation to reshape many areas of your life.

Who is it for?

Life is a fascinating journey full of ups and downs. Sometimes you feel like you are sailing through a calm sea, feeling a gentle breeze on our cheeks. Other times you may feel like you are going through a raging torrent where it’s hard to feel safe and in control. Both scenarios are normal, natural, and very common experiences to all human beings. 

 

You can’t change the stresses and hardships of life, but you can learn how to change the way you respond to them, starting by acknowledging your thoughts, emotions, physiology and behaviours.

About Sarah

Transformation, change, and personal growth have always been at the centre of Sarah's life.

Originally from Italy, she travelled and lived in different countries before settling in London over a decade ago.

Her international background is fundamental to her understanding of diversity in the world around her.

 

Alongside her corporate job, Sarah spent the last few years exploring additional paths that would enrich her life, and qualified as a Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher.

As a natural progress in her journey, Sarah qualified as a Transformational Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching. She learnt the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Transactional Analysis, and Future Pacing, among other frameworks, to be able to respond with sensitivity, curiosity, and flexibility to the many issues clients bring.

 

She is passionate about sharing her learnings to help others make sense

of their experiences and transform their lives.
